postgraduate in Botany (1987), Certificate in Ecological Farming
(1989),Certificate in Biodynamic farming techniques (2003 &
2004), Certificate in Biodynamic preparation (2004) and
Certificate in Team building techniques(IRMA - 2000).
I have around
23 years of experience in organic/biodynamic & NRM
related projects with various levels of NGOs in
South India.
I am also trained in participatory techniques like RRA, PRA,
Micro planning and Appreciative Inquiry.
I have
managed, coordinated number of organic/ biodynamic farming
projects, NRM related, research projects and conducted related
trainings particularly in South India. I was also a part
(Coordinator) of fair trade and till now it is being
successfully exercised in Nilgiris district by organic farmers
federation.
