Candidates must prove a history of success in organic farming, both row and greenhouse.  A history of timely promotions, as well verifiable references will provide the opportunity of a lifetime for the accepted applicant.  Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, superior problem solving techniques, and impeccable management and organizational skills.  This individual can anticipate some press coverage, and as such must demonstrate excellent public speaking skills and passion for their trade.
 
We are seeking an individual to serve as a cornerstone to our business.  A clear driver’s license and criminal background, U.S. citizenship, as well as a clean financial history are the minimum requirements.  Candidates must also have spent at least ten years in production level organic farming in senior management capacities.  Minimally acceptable candidates will also possess advanced degrees in organic agriculture, agronomy or related fields.  We are a well capitalized company, and will only settle for candidates that fit our profile.
